This is often the very first question that buyers will ask us.
Well there is good news in this for you as a Buyer.
Our fees in the vast majority of transactions are NOT directly paid by the buyer.
How does this work you might ask? Real Estate fees are normally paid out of the sale proceeds from the sale of the property by the Sellers Lawyer to our Brokerage. The fee is only paid once the sale is completed and you have taken possession.
The only time that a fee would be paid by the buyer is when you have agreed to do so in writing ahead of time when the seller will not pay the fee.
Our goal is to ensure that Buyers that we work with never pay a fee. We negotiate with the Seller or their Realtor to ensure that this does not happen. In the very rare case that a fee would be required, we will discuss that in advance and make sure that you are completely agreeable to it before moving forward.
We are sure that you will be fully satisfied with the service we provide once we become your Buyers Representative. If you are ever not happy with the service give us a chance to fix or improve. If you are still not fully satisfied after we address your concerns, we will release you from the contract. Find out more
We don’t believe in working with anyone who does not want to work with us.
Ready to get started?
We believe that you should expect a certain level of service in buying a property no matter what.
These services include:
- Initial buyer consultation meeting to fully discuss your needs, goals and what you truly want in a property
- Booking of Showings through Seller or their Realtor®
- Weekly Updates on the market, showings you have received and suggestions to tweak the whole process along the way. Only by being informed during the sale process can you react to changes in the market that may impact the overall purchase of your property.
